Astara Limited Edition Print by Mandy Kasafir

This beautiful and unusual print is impossible to pin down, people experience it in so many ways! So I’ll just say that I personally find it very exciting and restful at the same time.

Astara was the star of a short documentary film that I made for my show ‘Wild Spirit’ last year. I took the original painting out onto the streets of Birmingham and filmed people’s reactions to it. The result was both moving and surprising. When I finally get round to putting it on the web, I’ll put up a link.
